Ein Serienkiller hat seine Opfer in einem Wohnmobil massakriert, doch das ahnt Charles nicht, als er es gebraucht kauft. Er will sich mit seinen Söhnen und deren Familien zu einem Roadtrip in die Wildnis aufmachen. Doch fernab der Zivilisation in der Einöde verirren sie sich erst und bleiben dann zu allem Überfluss mit einer Panne liegen. Auf einmal bemerken sie, dass das Wohnmobil ein unheimliches Eigenleben entwickelt. Als einer von ihnen durch das Fahrzeug zu Tode kommt, dämmert es ihnen, dass dies kein Unfall war. Der Camper ist vom Geist des Killers besessen - und sie alle sollen die nächsten Opfer werden...

A serial killer has massacred his victims in a mobile home, but Charles has no idea when he buys it second-hand. He wants to set off on a road trip into the wilderness with his sons and their families. But far away from civilization in the wilderness, they first get lost and then, to make matters worse, they break down with a breakdown. All of a sudden, they notice that the motorhome is developing an eerie life of its own. When one of them is killed by the vehicle, it dawns on them that this was not an accident. The camper is possessed by the ghost of the killer - and they are all to become the next victims...
