In der Welt der Zukunft sind 98 Prozent der Erdoberfläche mit Wasser bedeckt. Das letzte Stückchen Land mit den allerletzten Süßwasserreserven wird von dem skrupellosen Warlord Mason Scrim (Jonathan Pienaar) kontrolliert. Mit seinen Gefolgsleuten und einer Armee besonders intelligent gezüchteter Haie unterdrückt er den verbliebenen Rest der Menschheit. Wer sich seinen Anweisungen widersetzt, endet bei Gladiatorenspielen als Futter für seine Haie. Als einem ihrer Freunde als Gefangener von Scrim das gleiche blutige Schicksal droht, beschließen die beiden Freunde Willow (Ashley de Lange) und Timor (Jack Armstrong) sich einer Widerstandsgruppe anzuschließen und den Tyrannen mit seinen blutrünstigen Bestien zur Strecke zu bringen.
In the world of the future, 98 percent of the earth's surface is covered with water. The last piece of land with the very last reserves of fresh water is controlled by the unscrupulous warlord Mason Scrim (Jonathan Pienaar). With his followers and an army of particularly intelligently bred sharks, he oppresses the rest of humanity. Those who resist his instructions end up in gladiator games as food for their sharks. When one of their friends is threatened with the same bloody fate as a prisoner of Scrim, the two friends Willow (Ashley de Lange) and Timor (Jack Armstrong) decide to join a resistance group and hunt down the tyrant with his bloodthirsty beasts.
