In Höchstform geraten sie, als Ramón Yarritu (Antonio Resines) aus dem Knast entlassen wird. Das Hirn der Gruppe ruft zu neuen Aktionen auf. Und alle machen mit: die siamesischen Zwillinge Alex (Álex Angulo) und Juan (Juan Viadas), Cesar Ravenstein (Saturnino García), bekannt durch sein 5-Kilo-Sprengstoff-Brustkorb-Implantat; der 50-fach vorbestrafte Mechaniker Jose (Karra Elejalde), der taube Gonzales (Alfonso Martínez) mit dem niedrigsten I.Q. der Welt, sowie der bucklige, homosexuelle, zwergwüchsige Montero (Ion Gabella), Jude, Freimaurer und Kommunist. In the future: A group of militant freaks strikes - their preferred target: the rich and beautiful, doctors and sperm banks, bodybuilders and gyms, in short, flatten what makes you healthy. They are in top form when Ramón Yarritu (Antonio Resines) is released from prison. The brain of the group calls for new actions. And everyone joins in: the Siamese twins Alex (Álex Angulo) and Juan (Juan Viadas), Cesar Ravenstein (Saturnino García), known for his 5-kilogram explosive chest implant; the mechanic Jose (Karra Elejalde), who has a criminal record of 50 times, the deaf Gonzales (Alfonso Martínez) with the lowest I.Q. in the world, as well as the hunchbacked, homosexual, dwarf Montero (Ion Gabella), Jew, Freemason and Communist. The seven mutants leave all taboos behind and administer a new shock therapy to the world.
