A CIA agent has been kidnapped in Costa Rica by an internationally wanted arms smuggler and his private army. Only one special unit can be used to rescue them: the Navy SEALs around the experienced Lt. Rorke. During the liberation, the men uncover an imminent terrorist threat of unimaginable proportions.
