Gabriel Chevalier (Jérémie Renier) ist Ex-Cop, Alkoholiker und mal wieder arbeitslos. Bis er einen alten Bekannten trifft, der ihm ein eigentlich unmögliches Angebot macht: geheime Ware transportieren und viel Geld bekommen. Neugierig fährt Gabriel zur angegebenen Adresse, die ist jedoch in einem leeren Bürohaus, das Büro, in das er gehen soll ist das einzige mit Möbeln, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, ein Telefon. Hier soll er auf einen Anruf warten. Tage vergehen, nichts passiert. Aber das Geld kommt immer. Doch eines Tages klingelt das Telefon, er soll einen verschlossenen Koffer von Paris nach Istanbul bringen, Taxi und Privat-Jet stehen bereit. Es gibt nur eine Regel, er darf den Koffer nie öffnen. Nach und nach kommen mehr Aufträge, Gabriel fliegt um die halbe Welt, aber von mal zu mal wird seine Neugier größer. Und so versucht er herauszufinden, was in den Koffern ist und wer dahinter steckt, seine Auftraggeber hat er noch nie gesehen, nur am Telefon gehört, die Koffer stehen plötzlich in seinem Büro. Er macht sich auf die Suche, aber was er herausfindet ist grausamer als er sich vorstellen konnte.
Gabriel Chevalier (Jérémie Renier) is an ex-cop, alcoholic and once again unemployed. Until he meets an old acquaintance who makes him an offer that is actually impossible: transport secret goods and get a lot of money. Curious, Gabriel drives to the address given, but it is in an empty office building, the office he is supposed to go to is the only one with furniture, a table, a chair, a telephone. Here he is supposed to wait for a call. Days pass, nothing happens. But the money always comes. But one day the phone rings, he is supposed to bring a locked suitcase from Paris to Istanbul, taxi and private jet are ready. There is only one rule, he must never open the suitcase. Gradually, more orders come, Gabriel flies halfway around the world, but from time to time his curiosity grows. And so he tries to find out what's in the suitcases and who is behind them, he has never seen his clients, only heard on the phone, the suitcases are suddenly in his office. He goes on a search, but what he finds out is more cruel than he could have imagined.
